As of https://github.blog/changelog/2025-07-21-code-scanning-will-stop-combining-multiple-sarif-runs-uploaded-in-the-same-sarif-file/ , codacy-analysis-cli-action is broken.

For the last 2 years, codeql-action has given no results except the suggestion to not use argv[0] for paths, so with codacy-analysis-cli-action removed, expect no autonomous code reviews, until a new code review tool is setup to use.

#67 (which is the preview branch) replaces codacy-analysis-cli-action with npx remark + shellcheck + cppcheck.

The reason that this batch of commits is not merged into the trunk branch is: the bug is still new, thus is possible that codacy-analysis-cli-action will publish a solution for this (if so, do not want the trunk branch's git log cluttered with git rm .github/workflows/codacy.yml ... git add .github/workflows/codacy.yml
