no .ipynb file

this step: Click File -> Upload Notebook and upload the *.ipynb file

I dont recognize an error while install.bat and run.bat, but dont find the notebook to upload. Thanks!

I have a "Untitled-checkpoint.ipynb" but there are no code cells.
Does that mean something failed in the install?
