Gradio "Compare" mode & multiple gens in same window

Currently, when the "Generate" button is pressed in Gradio UI, it clears the gallery of previously generated images to make room for a new iteration. Sometimes, I would like to have multiple generations of images in the gallery view.

Constantly tweaking one's prompts and settings is part of finding the perfect prompt. I think that a "comparison" mode in which images could be overlaid on one another or cycled by clicking would be useful, because often I forget the differences between my prompts.

I'm going to see if I can't implement this myself locally, but I don't have experience with Gradio, so I think it'll be a challenge.
