Ema model vs non ema, differences❓

We have 2 models:

sd-v1-4.ckpt
sd-v1-4-full-ema.ckpt

And we also have the option in the config to activate or not it:

So, apart from the size, we have some benefit on the resultant images quality if we use the ema version?
