RuntimeError: No CUDA GPUs are available

I'm currently attempting to run Stable Diffusion on a Windows 11 machine, through Ubuntu in WSL2, using a 3090 NVIDIA GPU.

As I walk through the guide, I run into issues after running ./linux-sd.sh, indicating that "No CUDA GPUs are available".

I receive the following output after I've performed basic configuration:

Any idea how I can get my system recognizing my GPU? I'm new to all of this and would appreciate any help!

Fwiw, this was following the Linux installation guide, I actually managed to get everything running fine via the docker installation guide, I'm mostly just asking to educate myself.
