[Bug] Unable to edit PayPal client_id and client_secret in Admin

Description
I'm trying to change my PayPal credentials, but the client_id and client_secret are readonly fields in the backend.
Is there a way to change my PayPal credentials?

Steps to reproduce
In Admin go to Payment methods -> PayPal and try to edit client_id or client_secret.

Due to limitations with the past (and current, for that matter) architecture, changing the credentials of an existing PayPal payment method is not supported.
A recent change in #430 will allow bypassing it somewhat by giving the ability to create multiple methods for PayPal (still only one active, though).

We're making steady steps towards having multiple PayPal methods available at once, and we'll take a look at changing credentials while at it.
