Telemetry Issues #10
Description
Breaking issues:
- In update method of TelemetryEndpoint, hasPayloadBeenAllocated is false which makes the while loop never work.
These don't break stuffs but I consider them weird design choices:
- TelemetryConnection's addEndpoint method doesn't set the endpoints connection field.
- dataBuffer field isn't set when you create TelemetryEndpoint.
