error when i try to visualize my SBOL designs

i uploaded my SBOL designs into synbio, in a new collection. when i try to visalise it i get this error: Cannot GET /TetR_Inverter/2

i created a new collection in SynBio, then added my SBOL design to it.

no matter what identifier i click on i get an error response: a blank white screen with :Cannot GET /LacI_InverterSequence/1 as a message

Could you select Download SBOL from SynBioHub and attach the resulting file? Also, how did you upload the SBOL to SynBioHub? Was this using SBOLDesigner?

when i "dowload SBOL" from synbio i get an .xml file that is "not supported". i cant uploaded here either. and i uploaded the SBOL to SynBio using the cloud icon as explained in the assignment. then uploaded the current design to an existing collection that i created in synbio. i tried to find an alternatinve by uploading the sequence of the circuite directly to benchling (pure copy past). but i do not have any annotaions on the plasmid, so i figuered that my alternative was wrong.

Sorry for the delay. I was on vacation. Could you give precise steps that you did (preferably including screenshots)? I'm still struggle to understand exactly where you are running into your issue.
