`invalid pointer` after running ~100,000 slots on testnet

Sig ran from slot 386287538 until 386315448 when it hit this error without any other messages and immediately crashed:

munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer

Next it ran from 386316409 until 386445426 when it hit this error:

free(): invalid pointer
