Suggestion: More ARP modes

I know that the 1.3 arp has all sorts of crazy probabilistic options, but AFAICT its still missing some fundamental basic patterns, like pinky up/down and thumb up/down. The Hapax has these and many more; the Oxi has these two, and they've recently been added to the Teo-5 and Take-5.
