Clip view: "zoom to bar"

Often, I would like to be able to zoom in at a specific bar instead of zooming in and scrolling right to get to the specific page where my bar is. For instance:

1. I have a 16 bar clip and I'm zoomed out to 1 bar per column
2. I'd love to make some edits on bar 15
3. I'd like to zoom right into 16th notes on bar 15 before I forget my great idea
4. I'd FIRST start holding Horizontal Scroll button, then start holding any pad in the 15th column, then scroll clockwise to get to my desired zoom level in the 15th bar

Each time I zoom in while holding those down, the 15th bar should be the first bar in view.

Potential weirdness to address:

1. Zooming out while performing the zoom-to-bar should probably just zoom out like normal
2. There may be some people out there who like to nudge nodes by pressing Horizontal Scroll button prior to clicking on a note pad, and this would feel awkward to them. Maybe this zoom-to-bar feature should be toggle-able in Community Features w/ default to Off
3. Hopefully this would work for Automation View, as well, since I always lose my spot when zooming in on automation view since I can't see where my notes are
