Hey there,
I was wondering if there would be a way to build models and perform FBA on microarray data? I know currently TPM data is the best way to build models using fast INIT and for my models, having the threshold of 1.0 usually produces the best models. I was wondering if it is possible to pass normalised microarray counts to fast INIT and if so, what would be the best way to select a threshold value. Thanks very much in advance!
