Tracking changes to reactions flagged by MACAW in Human1 v1.19

Hi all,

I'm currently cross-checking some reactions that were flagged by MACAW as "duplicate removed" or "GPR edited" against version 1.19 of the Human1 model. I'm trying to determine whether these flagged reactions have already been addressed in the current version, especially considering that the last commit to the model repository (https://github.com/SysBioChalmers/Human-GEM/tree/main/model/) was made 11 months ago.

If these changes have not yet been reflected in v1.19, is there a way to trace which duplicate reactions were removed and which GPR associations were edited? For instance, reaction MAR03457 is marked as "duplicates removed, GPR edited" by MACAW. I'd like to understand:

• Which reaction(s) it was considered a duplicate of, and
• What specific changes were made to its GPR.

Any guidance on how to access this information—whether through commit history, logs, or other resources—would be greatly appreciated.
