Cleanup of auxiliary files

As the Creative Commons license that was used for RAVEN Toolbox 1.0 is not particularly suitable for software (https://creativecommons.org/faq/#can-i-apply-a-creative-commons-license-to-software), RAVEN Toolbox is now distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0.

Separate branch for gh-pages.
