We're starting to think about new/expanded/updated material for 2E. Suggestions welcome.

Add chapter on Network Virtualization (Draft complete)
Expanded coverage of SD-RAN
Expanded coverage of P4-based UPF (part of SD-Core)
Update naming/branding to match latest SD-Fabric (instead of Trellis)
Expanded coverage of INT (and how data is used).
