The current version of the book is an early draft. The following identifies items that would be good to address before v1.0 is released:

• Throughout: Introduce a design element linking to external source code.

• Section 2.2: Include a side-bar introducing the Clos Architecture.

• Section 2.2: Give (or link) a brief introduction to ECMP.

• Section 2.3: Introduce SD-WAN as a similar use case.

• Section 2.5: An illustrative example of INT would be helpful.

• Section 4.2: Say more about metadata (and possibly give an example).

• Section 4.3: Introduce BMv2 somewhere in this discussion.

• Section 6.1: Give examples of how ONOS informed (led to new features in) Atomix.

• Section 6.3: Use a better/simpler code example for Flow Objectives, maybe showing concrete values.

• Section 8.2: Give specific impacts on ONOS.
