• Section 3.2: Talk about the lack of a rigorous definition for stability, persistent queues, and how that impacts our ability to make purely quantitative comparisons.

• Section 3.3:

  • Should we give concrete measures of harm?

Chapter 4

• Section 4.5: A figure (receive buffer with gaps) might be helpful for both SACK and NewReno.

Chapter 7

• Should we be consistent with the rest of the book using CongestionWindow (vs cwnd)?
