Output Video File shortened when edited from Gallery

If I have a recorded video file in my gallery, and I edit it (Mute the sound), output video file has a shorter duration than the original

[Samigos]

It's also trimmed if we change its bitrate and/or resolution. A 60.1" video becomes 48".
