chore: mkdocs-tacc v1 (#141)

We were at v0. Moving to v1 is not a breaking change.

I promoted mkdocs-tacc to v1 after I:
- verified it works on another client, DS-User-Guide
- fixed some instruction docs

The v1.0.1 introduces the only visual change.
