Documentation on input presets inconsistent with software

At https://fceux.com/web/help/Input.html, under "Input Presets," the documentation says

To assign the current input configuration to a preset press the down arrow next to one of the presets. To assign the preset as the current input configuration press the up arrow or use the hotkey assigned to that specific preset.

However, no up or down arrows exist, and there is no option for hotkeys associated with input presets.
