Milestone Team Goals and Project Goals

I haven't yet seen a single place where we've agreed upon the team goals for the next milestone, and how each project breaks that down so things come together. So I've seeded a doc:

Let's make sure we're all on the same page with how our individual work comes together.

And some wishlist from me:

• Prioritizing integration over feature readiness
• Plugging into flat file storage systems or mock impls is totally cool
• Composing everything together so it can be run as one thing by a new contributor: amazing.
• ...so they can use curl to hit something we're openly running on the cloud
• ...or easily deploy it locally for themselves
• ...or easily deploy it on their own infra on AWS/GCP/etc
• Use case from my understanding so far is something like: "user requests (via web request on CLI) a manifest, uses it to request a credential, gets credential from issuer (w/ VC Service coordinating inbetween and potentially messages passed through Hub, if ready), prints it to screen"?
