Unable to Start Server: Getting Error executing DDL command exception

Environment

• Commit SHA: 97529ea
• Operating System: Windows 11
• JDK Version: Openjdk 17.0.14 2025-01-21 LTS
• Postgres Version: 18.0
• Gradle Version: 8.13

Intention

Have followed the guidelines present in Development Guidelines except setting up Full text search Service.

1. Ran gradlew.bat generateTypes command
2. Ran gradlew.bat runDatastoreEmulator
3. Added teammates as a user in Postgres
4. Ran gradlew.bat build command
5. Ran gradlew.bat serverRan Command

Have attached the screenshot of Error. Kindly assist on Starting the Server.

Resolution Attempt

Have asked ChatGPT about this error and tried adding necessary privileges for the user teammates.
- GRANT CREATE ON SCHEMA public TO teammates;
- GRANT USAGE ON SCHEMA public TO teammates;
- ALTER DEFAULT PRIVILEGES IN SCHEMA public GRANT ALL ON TABLES TO teammates;
