Allow users to upload a local source instead of using pre-determined p5subset.xml

Adjust endpoints to allow uploading a custom p5subset of other (non-tei) source, thus replicating the `--localsource` parameter already provided for command line scripts to run Stylesheets. 

The front end could also be adjusted to do this, but it's secondary in my opinion and could be handled in a different issue ticket.
