how to assign reads to isoform

Impressive work! I was reading the paper and found the approach very insightful.

I have a question about this part:

"we assigned full-length DRS reads and raw signal data to each isoform based on the splicing structure."

Could you clarify how to retrieve this information when running LAFITE? I checked the documentation but couldn’t find a specific argument or output file that provides per-isoform read/signal assignments.

Specifically:

Does LAFITE generate a file containing the DRS reads and raw signals assigned to each isoform?

If so, what’s the best way to access this data?
