Allow users to hide themselves in user lists #2264

Hello!
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some users may want to not be visible in "members" features (like "add user" to a room, transfer ownership, etc.), especially when they are not from same org.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be a "simple" yet clean solution to allow users to set in their profiles if they want to be visible in users lists. With maybe a default value set by Pilos instance.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Removing all "members" features while waiting for this (or a similar) feature…
Additional context
Some of my users rightly consider it's a true privacy problem and sort-of PII leaks… :/
