Set some command line options by default

I believe that most of our users would want the following command line options set by default (using setCommandLineOptions(string) from the OpenModelica scripting API):

• --unitChecking enables the unit checking module
• -d=newInst,nfAPI enables the new OMC frontend which is already used by default in OMEdit
