Compile automatically before simulation

Is there any reason why we cannot trigger a compile operation manually, when the user clicks on the simulate button?

I think the current workflow is a little confusing and error-prone, since i guess it also means that we always simulate the latest compiled version of the model and not necessary the latest edits. If this is the case it would hamper debugging and playing around with small changes in a model. I think "simulate" should work like the Play-Button in an IDE like IntellIJ, i.e. "compile and run".

Another note: We should not display the message "Before simulating, compile your model.", when the model has already been compiled.

We can not simply compile a model without knowing the file containing it, because compilation means (from within MoPE):

• reload all files
• find the model in the currently opened file
• instantiate - therefore recompile - this model

In general, the whole MoPE-API is built around source files, not models inside some file. We need another Endpoint for this.
