Move executable content to subfolders #1
Description
Due to nb_conda_kernels workflow on local machine, the kernelspec is getting the "wrong" kernel name for the CI job to build the website. Currently need to manually override the kernels in CI with jupytext --set-kernel - content/**/*.md. This also turns non-notebook files into myst files, so that's not desireable. Putting them into subfolders (e.g. notebooks) will prevent this, though probably at the cost of adding hierachy.
Will be a non-issue once this issue gets solved.
