Unable to generate TPROC-C Performance Profiles

hi,
I'm trying to run an autotest in hammder DB against an Oracle 19c database involving incrementation of virtual users and test durations of about 10 minutes each. I've set the profile ID plus enabled the webservice and the test completes successfully. However, the TPROC-C performance profile isn't getting generated. I wasn't having issues getting this profile generated in the past so not sure what is going on. Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be?

If you are using the CLI the command is jobs profileid you can use any integer to group jobs together into a profile.
So if you set jobs profileid 333 then all subsequent jobs will be grouped under this profileid until you change it again.
Note jobs profileid 0 will unset the profileid and not group jobs - so check you don't have this command further in your script.
In the GUI the profileid is set with the autopilot feature:

As discussed via email, 2 or more jobs within a profile must complete successfully to generate a performance profile.
