Hi,
Yes, you can check the detailed delivery records of all emails using the built-in "Mail Log" feature in digiRunner.
Here are the steps:

  1. Navigate to the Mail Log Page
    o Log in to digiRunner, find System Information in the left-hand main menu, expand it, and select Mail Log1.
  2. Query the Sending Records
    o On this page, you will see a list of all email delivery attempts, which includes the recipient, subject, creation date, and result (Result)2.
    o You can use the Date Range or Keyword Search filters at the top to find specific emails you are looking for3.
  3. View Details and Failure Reasons
    o In the "Action" column on the far right of the list, click the details icon to view the full content…
