How to Check Email Sending Logs and Status in digiRunner?

Hello!

I’ve sent some emails through digiRunner, but I’m not sure if they were delivered successfully.
Is there a way within the digiRunner admin interface to view a log of sent emails, including their delivery status(success/failure) and any failure reasons?

Yes, you can check the detailed delivery records of all emails using the built-in "Mail Log" feature in digiRunner.
Here are the steps:

1. Navigate to the Mail Log Page
   o Log in to digiRunner, find System Information in the left-hand main menu, expand it, and select Mail Log1.
2. Query the Sending Records
   o On this page, you will see a list of all email delivery attempts, which includes the recipient, subject, creation date, and result (Result)2.
   o You can use the Date Range or Keyword Search filters at the top to find specific emails you are looking for3.
3. View Details and Failure Reasons
   o In the "Action" column on the far right of the list, click the details icon to view the full content of that specific email4.
   o On the details page, you can see the complete message. If the email failed to send (Result: failure), an "Error message" will be displayed at the bottom of the page, which will help you diagnose the problem5.
