Running CCSegment at desired SOC

I am trying to run a CCSegment profile with MPET using the following segment:

segments = [
    (0.0, 0.05),
    (-0.5, 0.2),
    (0.0, 0.05),
    ] 

I am able to get a response profile of voltage, however I do not know how to set the state of charge to be 50% for the simulation. Can you point to the correct varaible in the params.cfg file to be modified to carry out this test at desired SOC.
