highlight memory cells being pointed at #366

Just like in Jasmin, memory cells which are being pointed at by a register should be highlightable. In Jasmin, you can only turn it globally on or off. era-sim could support this per register so that less false highlightings are done. This setting (like "register x4 and x5 contain a memory address") must be saved with the project.
