Add Navigation Buttons to Check-In View

The results of submitting check-in information are the server returned web-page. If the user want's to go back to the app check-in form they would have to restart the app. Maybe add some navigation buttons to the tab/view at the least or maybe a reset button to reload the check-in form. Also mobile CSS for the texaslinufest.org site may be helpful as well.
