[TASK] Point workflow to TYPO3-Documentation/t3docs-ci-deploy

The shared reusable workflows have been merged into the org's own
t3docs-ci-deploy repository (PR #56), replacing the temporary
netresearch/typo3-docs-ci-workflows location.
