I just read ChangeLog 107683:

It does not only add a PSR-14 event, it also adds label and color for folderTrees like it was introduced for PageTree in V12/13

options.folderTree.label.1:/campaigns/ {
    label = Main Storage
    color = #ff8700
}

The slash after 1:/compaigns/ is mandatory. I will create an issue for that on forge
