Thanks for raising this concern. I'd like to clarify the licensing structure of Tabby: Client-side components (100% Apache 2.0):
Server-side components:
The core value proposition of Tabby - self-hosted AI code assistant - is fully open source. The EE components add collaboration and management features for team deployments, but they don't represent "all real code" as suggested. We understand there might be different perspectives on what qualifies as "open source" in a project with this structure, but we believe the significant and functional open source components justify this designation. The majority of the codebase that powers code completion, model serving, and repository context is Apache 2.0 licensed. |

Literally all real code is contained in ee folder and it is licensed under non FOSS license. I've seen you already move away from the "opensource" name, but there are some forgotten parts such as title of the website
