Formatting in `<style lang="ts">` blocks

As for now, SFC blocks using <style lang="ts"> to define component styling are unevaluated by ESLint.

This is due to vue-eslint-parser, which can easily be modified to support it.

Here is a PR that should solve this issue:
vuejs/vue-eslint-parser#207
