[BUG+Suggestion] Reinstalling an existing script removes all its tags + request for “Untagged” filter

Description:
When I reinstall a script that’s already installed, all previously assigned tags disappear. This happens even if the script name and URL are unchanged. After reinstalling, the script shows up with no tags, requiring me to manually re-add everything.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install any userscript.
2. Add one or more tags to it.
3. Reinstall the same script (same URL).
4. Check the script’s tags.

Expected:
Existing tags should persist after reinstalling.

Actual:
All tags are cleared.

Additional suggestion:
A dashboard filter to show only scripts without tags would make it easier to find unorganized scripts, especially after tags are wiped by this issue.

Yes, re-installation factory resets the script. It deletes user-added @includes, the storage, ... and also all assigned tags.
That's why there is a warning message:

Userscript re-installation - All script settings will be reset!

A dashboard filter to show only scripts without tags

The reinstall page contains so much information that I have never even seen that message before, after using TM for nearly/over 5 years straight!

I have two extra recommendations then.

1 Make the "everything will be reset" text much bigger and better positioned, maybe even adding it as an additional pop-up after the user clicks on install, would be ideal!

2 Create an option to reinstall, without resetting anything.
I always modify my own script and the code of other devs, which causes the TM dashboard to show the yellow triangle as the update status, meaning that it won't ever update again, since the code has been modified.
Then I try to get rid of that warning triangle and go to the script settings and manually enable the check for update checkbox, but this doesn't make the triangle under the last updated column go away.
