Starting with version 0.25.0 users are forced to choose a hosting provider.
I am sure that a lot of people (including me) will be confused, because they may just want to deploy their static spa via nginx.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue
run the following command in terminal
npx create-tsrouter-app@latest --template file-router --package-manager npm --tailwind --add-ons shadcn,tanstack-query
Expected behavior
Wouldn't expect to be forced to select a hosting provider.
Maybe nitro is required for develoment, but still, i wouldn't expect to have to choose it.
