JsonTree component doesn't handle displaying dates #244

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it
It appears that the JsonValue component doesn't handle displaying Dates. It's common to store dates in forms and currently these appear as an empty object in the Tanstack Form dev tool which is confusing.
