DevTools showing in production builds using TanStack Start React

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

This has started happening since 0.7.0, we're using @tanstack/nitro-v2-vite-plugin if that's a factor.

I've attached a codesandbox with a repro, you'll need to run the following for the prod build:

npm run build
node .output/server/index.mjs

After some more playing, I added and configured @tanstack/devtools-vite and devtools is now correctly removed in prod. Setting up a new project with npm create @tanstack/start@latest doesnt add @tanstack/devtools-vite though so it's easy to miss.

@jamesmoss thanks to your comment I finally managed to get it to disappear in prod. I likewise used the CLI to scaffold the project which as you say doesn't add @tanstack/devtools-vite as documented here: https://tanstack.com/devtools/latest/docs/quick-start
