is there any benefit and use case of "react-query" while i am using apollo-express server and apollo-client?

I am currently using apollo-express server in backend and apollo-client in my client.... and everything is working fine.

Only thing i know of react-query is that it helps in api cache management.

Question:

-> i want to know if using react-query helps me in any way in my project and how??

-> Since i am already using apollo-client and apollo-server, does apollo provide same functionality that react-query offer??

-> Also if i change to react-query is apollo-client and react-query substitute ( i will be using only one??).

I could go through the doc but i do not have much time... and would appreciate if someone with experience in this could provide their valuable insights. thanks!
