Using select with an array and constant re-renders clarification

Hi there,

I've been noticing that a bunch of my queries are constantly re-rendering despite the data not changing. I wrap the select in a useCallback and that doesn't make a difference, especially when the data is used in multiple places.

I'm assuming part of it is referential stability with an array, but I also kinda figured since 1/2 of the request types out there return an array this shouldn't be a problem?

Nonetheless, I came up with this example to make sure there's nothing I'm doing wrong or potentially report a bug.

That being said, I just read one of tkdodo's other posts about using reselect or memoize-one and I think that might be useful in many other cases.

I tried your reproduction with component rendering highlighting and there is no re-render at all when I refetch from the devtools.
