why do docs prefer useSuspenseQuery instead of useLoaderData

Hi everyone,
i am using tanstack query for external data loading. i was wondering, why does the documentation uses

const data = useSuspenseQuery(myQueryOptions)

instead of

const data = useLoaderData({from: "/my-route"})

Hope someone can clarify what i am missing here. cheers!

My understanding is that while both will be essentially the same on first load, useSuspenseQuery is preferred as if this data changes after the fact your component will always have the newest data
