routeTree.gen.ts sets path: '/', where there is no index

  getParentRoute: () => rootRoute,
} as any)

all the groups are almost the same, only the public group have an index.tsx

so when I go to "/" I expect to go to (public)/_public-layout/ but it doesn't it goes to none existent route
