Devtools Docking Menu

I had a thought that it would be really useful for there to be a "dock side" selector for the devtools similar to how browser web inspectors let you change the position.

The use case is that I will need to work on a part of the page which has been overlapped by the dev tools button, but switching to an IDE to change the position can be a frustrating experience.

The suggested experience is similar to Chrome dev tools, if you have the dev tools open then in the top right there is a selector for the dock side which could persist that change in local storage.
