Is there a way to ensure a route matches only if it contains a non-empty splat?

Say I have the following route:

const fooRoute = createRoute({
  path: 'foo',
  // ...
})
const barRoute = createRoute({
  getParentRoute: () => fooRoute
  path: '$',
  // ...
})

Is there a way to ensure that barRoute does not get matched for an empty _splat?

Is your suggestion to add something to the URL, like path: 'bar/$'.

This is a possibility, but the UX of my URLs would suffer. I was hoping for another solution.

no I meant adding another route
