[start] how do i run drizzle migrations on app startup

i would like to programmatically run my drizzle migrations when the server starts up. Is there some hook that is being called in tanstack start that would allow me to do that?

the discussion is not about the best ORM.

The OP is looking for a hook that runs on server startup. That has nothing to do with the best ORM. Migration is needed in Drizzle, Prisma, Any ORM or pure SQL.
