Accessor + custom Cell

Hi. I was wondering what best practices were for the following. Would appreciate some guidance on which (if either) is preferable. Thanks!

    const { firstName, lastName } = row.original;

      <>{firstName} {lastName}</>

  }
}

Note for TypeScript: with a functional accessor type inference in Cell seems to get lost.

In both cases it violates the documentation where accessor should:
The data returned by an accessor should be primitive and sortable. Are there any negative side effects for returning null or an object/array/whatever when column is not intended to be sorted?

Also, can any TypeScript users tell me if CellProps is the correct type to be using for the Cell function?
