Can we have 2 headers across the axis?

Hello!

I was wondering if we could have 2 headers initialized. By that I mean, having a header on the y-axis and one on the x-axis. Something like having A, B, C, D, E, F, G on the horizontal axis and 1,2,3,4, etc on the vertical axis. I would like to insert data in particular cells such as accessor B and on the horizontal header and accessor 3 on the vertical header (3, B).
